Complaints Against Members

There are 17 elected members of the Combined Fire Authority drawn from Leicester City Council, Leicestershire County Council and Rutland County Council and 2 independent members of the Standards Committee appointed by the CFA.

All these Members must conduct themselves in accordance with the 10 Principles of Public Service and the Code of Conduct adopted by the CFA on 27th June 2007.

If you believe that a Member has breached a provision of the Code you may make a complaint by either:

(1) Using the e-complaint form*; or

(2) Completing and returning the complaints form ~127kb; or

(3) Completing and returning the complaints form available from Information Services either in person at or by post from Fire Service HQ, Anstey Frith, Leicester Road, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8HD; by telephone on 0116 287 2241 or by e mail to infomanagement@lfrs.org.

If you are unable to complete the form without assistance (e.g. due to a disability) you should contact Information Services who will help you to do so.
