Comprehensive Performance Assessment

In 2005, all fire authorities underwent a Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) carried out by the Audit Commission. The assessment aims to give us a rating of our performance and ability to improve. For further information on CPA, follow this link to The Audit Commission. As part of the process we were required to produce a self assessment of how we perform against the main themes of the review defined by the Audit Commission.
