Our Plan 2012-2015
We are pleased to introduce our three year strategic plan - Our Plan 2012-2015.
Our Plan contains our vision, aims and objectives for the next three years.
Appendix A to Our Plan lists our performance indicators and targets for the next three years, which will measure achievement of our objectives. A full analysis of last year’s performance against targets will be published in September along with our annual accounts, in our Annual Report.
Appendix B to Our Plan, the Action Plan 2012-15, sets out how and when we intend to achieve our objectives.
