Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Combined Fire Authority is pleased to introduce our three year strategic plan - Our Plan 2009 - 2012.
Our Plan contains our vision, aims and objectives for the next three years.
Appendix A to Our Plan lists our performance indicators and targets for the next three years, which will measure achievement of our objectives. A full analysis of last year’s performance against targets will be published in September along with our annual accounts.
The Action Plan 2009 - 2012, published as appendix B to Our Plan, sets out how we intend to achieve our objectives, and by when.

Our IRMP details our approach to risk management through our prevention, protection and response arrangements; including how we will identify and manage the prevalent risk in our area.

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service published a draft ‘Our Plan 2009 - 2012’ and IRMP in October 2008 for consultation with all of our stakeholders.
Once the consultation period was complete, all comments and responses were evaluated and considered by the Fire Authority. This document outlines our response to the consultation, and changes made as a result.
