The criteria for developing our priorities is set out within Our Plan.

They help us to focus on achieving our Vision of: "Making Our Communities Safer" and are articulated in our mission statement: "We aim to make our communities safer by preventing fires and accidents, protecting people and property and responding appropriately and quickly".

Given the nature of our service, we are clear that its not just what we do but the way that we do it. We have therefore adopted a set of values for the organisation to guide our staff in their approach to their work.
