Invitation to Attend the Full Meeting of the Combined Fire Authority

The full meeting of the Combined Fire Authority will be taking place from 2pm on Wednesday 9 December. At this meeting the published Integrated Risk Management Plan proposals will be discussed.

We anticipate a high level of both public and media interest in this meeting but we are only able to accommodate a small number of people within the actual room where the meeting is taking place. Therefore we have reserved ten seats for members of the media in the public area.

Please be aware we can only offer one pass per media organisation and passes will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

There will be additional seating/standing room in the overflow area in an adjacent room. The meeting will be broadcast in the room via a large screen.

Key members of Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service staff as well as Members of the Combined Fire Authority will be available for interviews after the meeting has finished.
