“Here at Melton Mowbray Fire and Rescue Station, we really look forward to the opportunity to host open days and welcome the community.
Throughout the open day there will be a lot of activities for the whole family to enjoy as well as demonstrations to see, most importantly it will give local people the opportunity to meet the firefighters who help to protect this community.
This event has all the makings of being a fun and positive event, with plenty to see and take part in, and all the money raised throughout the day will be going towards the Fire Fighters Charity and Air Ambulance Trust.”
