Fire Escape Ladder - Telephone Sales

It has been brought to our attention that members of the Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS) community have been contacted by a company selling fire escape ladders. The company is claiming to be affiliated with LFRS in order to add authenticity to their sales claim.

As an organisation, LFRS do not approve or endorse any products or services. If you have concerns regarding the legitimacy or techniques used by a company or representative whilst approaching you, you may wish to consider contacting Trading Standards via their telephone number, 08454 040506, or through their website, www.consumerdirect.gov.uk
