Voicebank

Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service has a media communications facility, called Voicebank, to relay the very latest information regarding incidents attended.

All media have access to this facility. To hear the latest information, please dial 0871 873 2915. Voicebank is updated approximately every two hours, but sometimes more frequently during large scale incidents.

We will endeavour to put as much information as possible regarding an incident on Voicebank, so if the information required is not there it is usually because we do not have it available to us or we are unable to release it.
