Environmental Action Days
These are essentially multi agency clear up days that involve the Police, Fire & Rescue Service, Council and DVLA. An area is identified based on the number of arson attacks and potential arson targets such as accumulations of rubbish and abandoned vehicles are cleared on the day. Other aspects include the clearing of graffiti, clamping of untaxed vehicles and provision of crime and arson prevention information.
